Responsibilities As a Professor in Industrial Economics, you will devote your time to both teaching and research, as well as related collaboration. Good ability to collaborate within relevant national or international research networks as well as with the surrounding society. Reuse Coordinator at Project Unit
The Technical Division operates its activities in-house and consists of five operational areas: Street/Park/Harbor, Nyköping Water, Waste Management, Municipal Properties, and Meal Service. These are supported by a project unit, finance unit, and administrative staff. The division employs approximately 400 staff members and generates revenue of over 1 billion kronor per year. The Project Unit within the Technical Division is responsible for managing Nyköping Municipality's major investment projects. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a Reuse Coordinator, you will support the project manager and be responsible for driving and coordinating reuse efforts throughout the entire project from inventory to follow-up. Here you will have the opportunity to engage in practical work on a real project! The project is the final phase of a project in the Oppeby school area and includes demolition of the existing school building and installation of an artificial grass field. The contract will be divided into three different phases and implemented as a collaborative contract. Phase 1 consists of the design phase with inventory, revision of the prepared request for tender documents, and development of a target price for Phase 2. Phase 2 consists of design of construction documents and execution of the contract. Phase 3 consists of joint evaluation and experience feedback. In your role as Reuse Coordinator, you will, among other things: · In collaboration with the contractor, inventory the building and its structure, installations, loose and fixed furnishings, etc. Complement the environmental inventory that has been prepared with, for example, concrete samples. · In collaboration with the contractor, identify materials, installations, etc. that can be reused or recycled. · Monitor that selective demolition is carried out according to plan. · In collaboration with the contractor, coordinate the disassembly, cleaning, sorting, and storage of materials, for example, bricks to be reused in facades. · Quality assure that materials meet requirements and are not contaminated. · In collaboration with the contractor, coordinate logistics for transport and temporary storage of reused materials. · Perform climate benefit calculations (CO savings) based on reused materials. · Contribute to the project's environmental reporting. Experience from demolition contracts, LCA, or climate calculations and practical material inventory are merits. As a person, you are communicative, organized, and take initiative on your own.
