As an assistant, you will receive thorough on-the-job training to learn how to use these devices. As an assistant, you will support her in the activities she enjoys doing, both at home and outside the home. You will also accompany her on outings and visits to, for example, rehabilitation centers, orthotic centers, and assistive device centers. It is important that you are a positive, reliable, calm person who is solution-focused and driven.
