Persons under 65 years old who have a functional impairment and extensive needs for support and assistance can apply for personal assistance. A personal assistant helps someone with basic needs, such as eating, dressing, washing, and communicating. The assistance is individually adapted and should provide increased opportunities for people with functional impairments to live an independent life. We are now seeking personal assistants for a female client residing in Sörfors. Your responsibilities You will support and assist a woman with her daily activities and routines. The work takes place primarily in the home but also in other places where the client spends her time. You contribute to creating structure and order by maintaining good routines. The work includes care tasks, transfers, outdoor activities, and other household chores as needed. You work according to established routines, actively participate in development areas that are implemented and planned. Additionally, administrative tasks such as documentation are included. - Heavy lifting occurs; mobility aids must be used. - Working hours are scheduled during day, evening, weekends, and on-call nights. About you As a personal assistant, you need to be attentive and empathetic, with the ability to focus on the client's needs. You are responsible, reliable, and enjoy creating security and structure in everyday life. Flexibility and patience are important, as well as good collaboration skills and respectful conduct. The role often involves practical tasks, so thoroughness and a positive attitude toward helping where needed are valuable qualities. We place great importance on personal suitability. Requirements Category B driver's license and access to your own car Fluent skills in Swedish, both spoken and written Meritorious Trained assistant nurse, nursing aide, or other healthcare education Experience in care work We warmly welcome your application!
