In your role, you will: • Work to anchor crisis and disaster medical planning within the hospital. • Contribute a preparedness perspective in close collaboration with care operations and other hospital-wide functions to enhance the hospital's resilience. • Update and develop the hospital's preparedness plans and procedures related to the disaster medical plan. • Support operations in continuity management and establishment of backup procedures. • Oversee training and exercises within the preparedness field together with colleagues in the preparedness unit. • Develop and support the management function "Special Medical Leadership in Special Events". • Prepare the hospital to handle peacetime crises and ultimately war. This is a permanent full-time position based at Höglandsjukhuset in Eksjö. The position involves travel and requires a Class B driver's license.
