STC is one of Sweden's largest gym chains with over 250 locations and a broad range of fitness offerings including gym and group training. We offer a modern training environment, equipment from world-leading suppliers, and knowledgeable staff—all to create the ultimate meeting place for people of all ages. We agree with WHO, the Public Health Agency of Sweden, and government researchers: we sit too much. Obesity is increasing and mental health issues such as depression are becoming more common. But there's a simple solution that works wonders for body, heart, and mind—movement! But we need your help! We are now looking for a Personal Trainer (PT) for our gym in Ronneby who wants to inspire, guide, and create training joy for our members. Your Assignment As a Personal Trainer, you are a key person in our members' training journey. You help them set goals, provide professional guidance, and support them all the way to success. You are as much a coach as a motivator, and your sales instinct comes naturally—you know your services make a difference and want to reach more people. In your role, you actively drive the sale of PT services and work to build your own client base. You collaborate closely with the team at the gym and help create an inclusive, inspiring, and professional environment where members feel safe, seen, and motivated. Your main responsibilities include: • Conducting individual training sessions of high quality with customized programs for each member. • Actively selling and marketing PT services and packages, both directly and in collaboration with gym staff. • Following up on client results and adjusting training based on their progress and needs. • Participating in events, trial sessions, and other activities that increase visibility for your services. • Being a good ambassador for STC's values and contributing to a positive gym culture. Working hours vary and require flexibility, including evenings and weekends. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is passionate about fitness, loves motivating others, and wants to work with people. You are confident in your role as a trainer, have a coaching approach, and are accustomed to working with goal-setting—both for your clients and yourself. You are professional, service-oriented, and see every interaction with a member as an opportunity to create value. You are also experienced in sales and driven to both help others and build your own PT business. Requirements: • Completed approved FRISK-licensed PT training • At least 18 years old • High level of service • Strong sales sense and quality focus • Flexible and able to work days, evenings, and weekends • Fluent in speaking and writing Swedish Why STC? If you want to be part of an exciting growth journey and have the opportunity to play a key role in an organization that truly makes a difference in people's lives, then STC is the company for you. We have a strong culture where we share a passion for an active and healthy lifestyle, but we also value having fun together! Does this sound like a job for you? Then we'd be very interested in learning more about you. We will be making selections on an ongoing basis until we find our new star! If you have any questions or concerns about the position, feel free to reach out to Emma Wikingsson at [email protected]
