Regional Properties' mission is to create, adapt, and manage a well-composed portfolio of appropriate facilities based on customer needs and responsible property ownership. As a landlord, we are responsible for space provision, operations, management, and maintenance of the region's properties. For leasing and renting of spaces, we handle rent administration. The area managed amounts to approximately 500,000 m² of usable floor space. Our division also includes procurement for our operations as well as construction management and supervision of municipal activities. In all processes, we work toward long-term ownership and management with a focus on sustainability and energy efficiency. We at Regional Properties are now seeking a unit manager to join us. This is a permanent full-time position with start date by agreement, located in Örnsköldsvik or Sollefteå. As a manager in Region Västernorrland, you represent the employer and exercise leadership grounded in good self-awareness, characterized by honesty, openness, responsibility, and personal courage. Responsibilities As unit manager with us, you report directly to the property manager for Regional Properties and are part of their management team. Daily operations are supported and coordinated by the unit manager. The management role offers you challenging and varied tasks in close collaboration with our client and colleagues within your area of responsibility, along with the central staff that supports the organization. You will, among other things: Manage budget and cost tracking as well as orders within the property management area. Lead and be responsible for a team of employees consisting of a property manager, work supervisor, and several operations and property technicians. Be responsible for both the management of the region's property portfolio and its operations and maintenance. Responsible for developing operational property matters within the property management area, in collaboration with the region's other operations and tenants, and lead ongoing work with operations and maintenance. Be responsible for both the Örnsköldsvik and Sollefteå areas, managing a property portfolio of approximately 170,000 m².
