Work Supervisor / Carpenter for Jakobsstege

We are now seeking a work supervisor who is also a working carpenter, as we are growing and need to strengthen our projects with a person who can lead the work forward and at the same time participate in production. Over time, the work will increasingly be directed toward supervision. You will primarily work on construction projects on Ekerö and occasionally from our office in Hägersten. You will be responsible for a team of approximately 10–12 people and have an important role in creating structure, safety, and progress in the projects. You will work closely with colleagues, clients, and other professionals on the construction site. As a work supervisor, you will, among other things: Work practically as a carpenter on the projects. Hold daily briefings with the team each morning. Participate in team meetings and construction meetings. Ensure that materials, clothing, and tools are available on site. Support ordering of materials. Work on workplace safety issues together with management and ensure that regulations are followed. Maintain ongoing contact with the client. Responsibilities: You are responsible for driving the work forward according to schedule. You are responsible for handling deviations and change order work, as well as ensuring that communication with the client works smoothly. Safety is an important part of the role, and you ensure that everyone on the work site works in accordance with applicable regulations. Desired Profile: At least 5 years of experience as a work supervisor/carpenter in construction. Experienced carpenter. Good ability to read construction drawings. BAS P & U certification. Driver's license category B. Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written. Good technical skills and experience working with tablets and mobile devices. CNC Operator Wanted in Skövde

About the Position We are now seeking experienced CNC operators for a modern and highly automated manufacturing environment. You will work with cutting operations in a facility where quality, precision, and efficient production are paramount. Our client is looking for someone who wants to work with them long-term. The assignment is initially a placement through Ikett with excellent opportunities for a permanent transition to the client after 6 months. About the Role: As a CNC operator, you will work with cutting operations in production that largely consists of recurring parts in smaller series. The work involves setting up, rigging, and running CNC machines, as well as changing and adjusting programs and tools as needed. You are responsible for measurements, quality control, and ensuring stable operation of your machines. Production is organized in cells where operators often run multiple machines simultaneously. You will work in an environment where changeovers can occur frequently, and where you need to be comfortable quickly familiarizing yourself with new runs and parts. Your Profile: We are looking for someone with experience in CNC machining who is comfortable working independently in industrial production. You have good understanding of blueprint reading, measurement, and machine setup. Programming experience is a plus.
