About the position -
Prepare, cook, and present high-quality food for both conference guests and evening dinner buffets
Prepare and cook lunches and special menus for our conference guests
We help each other, which means you will also wash dishes, serve drinks to our guests, and take care of the dishware
Together with the food & beverage team, you will help with purchasing and inventory
Work shifts are scheduled during daytime, evenings, and weekends
You report to the Food & Beverage Manager
About you -
You love cooking and are flexible and reliable, with a passion for creating fantastic experiences for our guests
You have positive energy that spreads and inspires others
You are thorough while also being creative and want to contribute to reducing food waste
You have the ability to turn challenges into opportunities, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain high standards even under pressure
You thrive in a fast and dynamic environment and can handle almost anything the day and evening bring
You have a special talent for finding the best way forward
Good at communication and attentive to details
Comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously and making independent decisions
You are a team player, and your colleagues see you as available and supportive
You have documented experience as a chef for at least three years, from a hotel, restaurant, or large-scale kitchen
