Headquarters and production are located in Jonslund, with a sales office in Germany and a factory and sales office in Poland. Dahrén has 340 employees, 220 of whom work in Sweden. Do you want to work close to production and drive technically advanced investment projects from idea to finished solution? Dahrén is now seeking a Project Manager who wants to help develop tomorrow's manufacturing processes. Here you'll enter an operation with many exciting projects underway, where technology and development are at the center. There is a clear ambition to continue strengthening and developing the engineering department, with a focus on innovation and future-proof solutions. Through the company's energy-efficient products, you will also contribute to a strong sustainability and environmental focus that is very much aligned with current times. You'll become part of an organization with a flat hierarchy and short decision-making paths, where your ideas and expertise are valued. Responsibilities In this role, you'll be part of the production engineering department and work on long-term development of the operation through internal projects that you drive from start to finish. You have a central responsibility for machinery investments and new installations, managing the entire project process—from feasibility study through implementation and follow-up. This means you will: Develop decision-making materials and cost estimates for investments Lead projects with responsibility for schedule, cost, and quality Drive implementation of new machinery and production solutions Actively work to improve productivity and quality Collaborate with internal and external functions During various project phases, travel to suppliers in Europe may occur. This is a permanent full-time position with Dahrén based in Jonslund. Profile We're looking for a confident and self-driven project manager who thrives in a role as a "connector." You have a structured working approach, strong drive, and a clear focus on solutions. You have a technical educational background, preferably with higher education, and a genuine interest in technology. We also see that you: Have solid experience driving projects in industry or production Are comfortable working systematically with multiple parallel activities Have good communication skills and enjoy working with different stakeholders Have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Have good system skills and work seamlessly in the Office suite Have good knowledge of CAD and blueprint reading What We Offer At Dahrén, you'll have the opportunity to work in a technology-driven operation where investments, innovation, and quality are in focus.
