The role includes the project's design phases – from requirement gathering and process design to engineering and customer dialogue. You lead and coordinate the process design and serve as the technical link between the customer and Pharmadule's international project team. Together with colleagues from various engineering disciplines, you ensure that process requirements are integrated into the design of the production facility. Key Responsibilities Responsible for process design for global pharmaceutical and biotech customers. Process design includes developing process flow diagrams, clean media flow diagrams, production schedules, capacity calculations, and equipment specifications. Layout development based on process design of the manufacturing process from the customer. Coordinate with process equipment suppliers for integration into the layout. Ensure compliance with cGMP, regulatory guidelines, and industry standards. Work cross-functionally with internal engineering teams and external partners. Support modular facility design by integrating process requirements into the modular building. Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and technical discussions. Qualifications Master's or Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, biotechnology, or similar field. At least 3 years of relevant experience from: Pharmaceutical or biotech industry, Process engineering consulting, or Process design. Experience designing, developing, and creating processes. Experience with GMP requirements, process and clean media. Careful, structured, and experienced with documentation and quality systems. Good communication skills and ability to work in international project teams. Fluent in spoken and written English. Swedish and other languages are advantageous.
