Your role as a sales associate Your most important task as a sales associate is to find the perfect solution for each customer by actively listening, answering questions, and guiding them to make the best purchase. It's about helping customers through the entire process from the first meeting to completed purchase – and of course, it doesn't end there; you may need to provide support even after the purchase. In your role as a sales associate, you will also work on restocking merchandise and keeping the store updated according to our concept. Development, training, and keeping your knowledge and skills within the technology field current will naturally be part of your work. Who are you?
