As an Executive Search Consultant, you will be a key person in our growth journey and a central part of our success in executive recruitment. You will: Create new business opportunities and act as an advisor on leadership and recruitment matters. Drive executive search processes from start to finish, including close dialogue with both clients and candidates. Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers and leaders at a high level. Be an ambassador for Jurek Executive and help strengthen our brand in the market. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high quality and results, while achieving your own goals. To succeed in the role, we believe you have: At least 10 years of experience as a senior recruitment consultant, preferably in Interim Management or executive recruitment. An entrepreneurial spirit, where you combine a strong focus on goals with the ability to build sustainable relationships. A natural sense for business development and a burning passion for creating value for both clients and candidates. Relevant academic qualifications, for example in human resources, behavioral science, or business administration. Fluent knowledge of Swedish and English, both written and oral. Project Manager at Apex Industrial Service – Tjörn

We're looking for a driven project manager who wants to lead projects that few others in Sweden get to work on. With us, you'll lead real jobs in gas, cryogenic, and hydrogen systems—with a tight team behind you and great freedom to organize your own days. About the role As a project manager, you own your projects from start to finish, from the initial phase to a fully operational facility. You structure the work, identify the steps needed to maintain momentum, and lead the team on site. You manage customer relationships and ensure that economics, quality, and documentation are all in order. Lead and manage projects valued at 5–20 MSEK Structure, plan, and drive projects forward with smooth execution Lead 4–10 technicians on site Handle change orders and change management agreements with customers Ensure quality and documentation in your projects Who you are Most importantly, you're a great person—engaged, self-directed, and forward-thinking; someone who puts two and two together and takes initiative. Experience in our industry is highly valuable, but you don't need to have worked with exactly what we do. If you can lead people and drive a project forward, we'll figure out the rest together.
