Together we create value every day. Job Description Nyvångs School is Åstorp's smallest primary school, located in a classic mining environment. Students from preschool through grade 6 attend here. Currently, there are approximately 180 students at the school. An expansion and renovation of existing facilities are underway, and the new school will be fully completed in September. The school has an after-school care program, an open activity program, and a youth center that is open two evenings per week, as well as a special education group. The advantages of a small school mean that all children are seen, which provides good conditions for security and a conducive learning environment. The school has documented high satisfaction among both staff and students. The school takes a holistic view of the school day, and the after-school activities work toward the same goals as the school. For us, it is important that all students belong to everyone regardless of the time of day. We are proud of our "Nyvång Spirit," which means we work together and support each other regardless of which program you are part of. As of this school year, after-school care is divided into two sections: grades F-1 and grades 2-6 with an open activity program, which means you will be part of a newly launched program. Nyvångs after-school care has a strong focus on the joy of movement and creativity with activities both outdoors and indoors. Qualifications We are looking for you who are a licensed teacher in after-school care. The after-school care team is characterized by joy, creativity, and flexibility. Therefore, it is important that you are relationship-building, positive, and solution-oriented. You have the ability to adapt to the program's needs, take your own initiative, and dare to think creatively to create a stimulating and developmental program for the students. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities and your ability to contribute to the team's shared development. An annual salary review is conducted where employees are compensated based on our salary criteria: clarity, courage, attentiveness, engagement, and quality.
