About the Job We are looking for a systems specialist with expertise in the Red Hat ecosystem and container platforms based on OpenShift/Kubernetes. You will have a central role in operations and automation, as well as in further developing business-critical platform services with high demands for availability, security, and stability. The role requires both strategic perspective and operational capability, where the employee is expected to lead technical initiatives, support the operations organization, and contribute to architecture and security matters. Work as a systems specialist includes the following daily routines on our container platform: - Operations, administration, and further development of our OpenShift/Kubernetes platform - Ensuring high availability, security, and performance - Incident management and troubleshooting - Support for development teams regarding containerization and CI/CD - Documentation, standardization - Participation in projects/implementations About You We are looking for someone with higher education in a relevant field, or equivalent experience that we consider equivalent. We also see that you have at least one year of experience working with OpenShift/Kubernetes and container operations in production environments. You are comfortable with complex troubleshooting and have experience with production-critical environments. You can make technical decisions independently and support both operations and development teams. We also require that you have worked with scripting languages such as Bash or Python and have experience with Infrastructure as Code. You speak and write Swedish as well as English fluently. It is a merit if you have previously worked with: - ArgoCD - Ansible Helm - VMware Ceph or other container storage It is also a merit if you have experience with: - Hybrid or multicloud environments - Security hardening - IAM/RBAC - Vulnerability management - Logging and monitoring Furthermore, it is also a merit if you have a good understanding of networking, DNS Certificate/TLS, Load balancing, LDAP/AD integration, and if you have certifications in Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) or Red Hat OpenShift Certification. As a person, you are independent in that you have the courage and ability to make your own decisions within the scope of your assignment without being dependent on others. You take responsibility for your tasks and drive the work forward. You are also development-oriented as you are motivated by learning new things and developing yourself. You come up with new ideas and take the initiative for improvements. You actively monitor your professional field and regularly reflect on what needs to be developed in your operations. You are also structured in that you plan, organize, and prioritize work in an efficient way. You ensure that work is completed on time and follow up on results. Other Information Work takes place mainly on weekdays during office hours, but evening and weekend work as well as on-call duty may occur as needed. Selection is ongoing and interviews are scheduled for weeks 32, 35, and 36. You will be employed as a systems specialist with us.
