The unit consists of three investigation groups with approximately seven social workers in each group, one of whom is a senior social worker. The unit also has an SSPF coordinator. One of the investigation groups focuses on young people with norm-breaking behavior and young people at risk of relapse into crime. We are now seeking an investigating social worker for one of the other groups. Each group has a group leader who manages and distributes the work. The target group is children/young people aged 13-20 years and their families/networks. We work with investigations and follow-ups of interventions according to the Social Services Act (SoL), the Act with Special Provisions on the Care of Young People (LVU), and the Act on the Placement of Children in Protected Housing. Our focus is to conduct good social work. For us in the Youth Services unit, this means creating investigation processes that are conducive to families' change work.
