The GataPark Operations Department manages and maintains the municipality's road network, public spaces, parks, municipal forest management, work machinery and vehicles, workshop, investment projects, and the municipality's overall vehicle operations. The operations department currently consists of approximately 30 people divided between a unit and operations support. The department also plays an important role in civil emergency preparedness with personnel on standby all days of the week, 24 hours a day.
