You, us, and the job We're looking for a production manager for our terminal in Torsvik. As a production manager, you'll be active in daily operations and an important part of our community. You'll lead and distribute production to meet our customer promise and production goals. This role is for you if you want to be part of a successful team and excel at leading and motivating. As a person, you're communicative, clear, and skilled at coaching. You have the ability to identify improvements and develop the business. Working hours are Monday 00:00–06:30, Tuesday–Friday 22:00–06:30. For us, leadership means motivating each other to contribute to an innovation culture that keeps us the largest tomorrow as well.
