We have approximately 800 deliveries/year starting from week 32 of pregnancy. Here work 30 employees, and as nursing unit manager you have unit responsibility with personnel responsibility for midwives and administrative staff. You work closely with your counterpart in postpartum care who is responsible for nurses and nursing assistants. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As nursing unit manager, you have overall leadership responsibility for personnel, finances, work environment, production, patient safety, and business development. You will work closely with colleagues in the leadership team to deliver equivalent care throughout the county for the benefit of our patients. CE Driver – On-Call Basis
