We are now looking for a client-responsible accounting consultant at Revisorgruppen in Malmö, part of Klara Consulting. You will become part of an office with around 20 colleagues in accounting, payroll, and auditing. On the accounting side, we are a smaller team that works closely with our customers, often owner-led companies where relationships and personalized advice are central. In this role, you will be an important part of our accounting team in Malmö. You will work independently with qualified accounting assignments, take responsibility for client relationships, and contribute to developing both our work methods and customer experience. Your responsibilities: As a client-responsible accounting consultant, you will be responsible for qualified accounting assignments and maintain close dialogue with your clients. The focus is mainly on financial statements, tax returns, annual reports, advisory services, and client responsibility, rather than primarily ongoing accounting. You will work with a diverse client portfolio, where many clients are small and medium-sized owner-led companies. Our customers operate in various industries, including construction, real estate, and other service and owner-led businesses. You will, for example: - Independently manage client assignments and drive the work forward - Prepare financial statements, annual reports, and tax returns - Handle VAT, taxes, and other accounting-related matters - Maintain ongoing client dialogue and be a trusted advisor on financial matters - Ensure quality, structure, and progress in your assignments - Contribute to strong client relationships through clear communication and high service standards - Support more junior colleagues with your experience and expertise when needed - Help develop work methods, processes, and customer experience Who are you? We believe you are confident in your accounting competence and experienced in working independently with client assignments. You are responsible, organized, and quality-conscious, while maintaining a clear consultative approach. You are someone who takes initiative, follows up, and ensures clients get the help they need. You build trust easily, communicate well with clients, and understand the importance of providing clear and timely feedback. We also believe you are unpretentious and contribute to the team by sharing knowledge, answering questions, and helping colleagues when needed. You thrive in a role where you work independently while being part of a team that wants to develop together. You have: - Post-secondary education in economics, accounting, or equivalent experience - At least 3–5 years of experience with qualified accounting work - Strong knowledge of financial statements, annual reports, and tax returns - Experience with VAT, taxes, and employer tax returns - Knowledge of K2 and K3 - Experience independently managing client assignments - Excellent Swedish skills, both spoken and written, as this is the language we use for internal and external communication - Good English skills, both spoken and written, as we have many international clients - Good Excel skills It is particularly advantageous if you: - Are an authorized accounting consultant through Srf Konsulterna or FAR - Have experience with group accounting - Have experience advising owner-led companies - Have worked with digitalization and efficiency improvements in accounting - Have experience with Fortnox and/or Hogia Does this sound like you?
