We save lives together with our customers. 🧯 About the role As a Service Manager, you hold a central key role with full responsibility for your region achieving its goals – in terms of profitability, growth, and employee engagement. The delivery organization is tasked with ensuring and developing our customers' fire protection. You lead the operation through close and engaged leadership, where you coach team leaders and employees to create the right conditions for performance and development. The role is characterized by high pace and travel within the region, where you are responsible for multiple depots and present in day-to-day operations. Your main areas of responsibility As a Service Manager, you are responsible for, among other things: 🔥 Ensuring that your region achieves set goals related to growth, profitability, and quality 🔥 Leading the operation through team leaders and creating clear conditions for success 🔥 Ensuring correct staffing and competence in the region through recruitment and employee development 🔥 Driving and following up performance, business, and results through clear P&L responsibility 🔥 Following up on employee feedback and insights (such as pulse surveys and employee surveys via Winningtemp) and translating these into concrete improvement measures You achieve results by staying close to the operation – for example, through ride-alongs, coaching in daily work, and by supporting planning, prioritization, and upselling. We are looking for an experienced leader with strong business acumen You have experience leading in a labor-intensive and results-driven operation, preferably as a Service Manager or work supervisor. You are a confident and communicative leader who creates engagement and drives development forward, even in a high-pace environment. At the same time, you have a good understanding of business and the ability to make decisions that balance customer value and profitability. You work in a structured manner, prioritize effectively, and translate analysis into concrete results together with your team.
