ByggCompaniet is an established construction company in western Värmland with offices in both Arvika and Charlottenberg. With extensive experience in contracting and long-term customer relationships, the company is today a valued partner for both private and public projects. The current CEO plans to retire and we are now seeking a professional and operationally focused leader who wants to continue developing and driving the company forward. The Position As CEO of ByggCompaniet, you hold overall responsibility for the company's operations, business, and long-term development. You lead the operations together with the organization, board, and owners with a focus on profitability, quality, long-term customer relationships, and sustainable business practices. This is a broad and operationally focused role where the focus includes strengthening the business, creating conditions for larger contracts, and driving the company forward. At the same time, we value the culture and working methods that have contributed to shaping ByggCompaniet into the company it is today. The current CEO will be available during a transition period to ensure a secure and smooth handover. Who We Are Looking For We are looking for you—a confident, professional, and operationally focused leader. You have experience with large contracts and are accustomed to working in a structured manner with clear processes, project management, and financial responsibility. At the same time, you are someone who builds trust, creates long-term relationships, and brings the organization along in development and change. Perhaps you currently work as a project manager, site manager, contract manager, or in another leadership role within construction and contracting where you have had responsibility for both projects, operations, and business. You are clear in your leadership and have the ability to combine business acumen with a long-term perspective. You have great drive, good understanding of project economics, and feel confident in dialogue with both customers and employees. Requirements • Leadership experience and personnel responsibility • Good understanding of project economics and project management • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written • Category B driver's license Meritorious • Experience from large contracts • Work with business and operations development • Relevant education in construction, civil engineering, or finance • Previous experience as CEO or other leadership position We look forward to your application!
