Qualifications You have education in healthcare and care, children and leisure, or other education that the employer considers equivalent. Knowledge and experience in the field of disability, developmental disorders, psychiatry, or methodology adapted for people with disabilities are merits. The work involves physical activities, so you should have basic physical fitness and an interest in planning and performing activities. You should have good digital skills and be able to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish. We are looking for someone with good collaboration skills, flexibility, attentiveness, and a calm approach to interactions. Personal suitability is given great weight.
