We are looking for a Facilities and Group Training Manager! Do you want a key role in a gym operation where you can combine operations, development, and leadership? We are now seeking an engaged facilities and group training manager who wants to help create world-class training experiences at our facilities. About the position: This is a combined role where you work as facilities manager for three of our locations as well as our group training manager. As facilities manager, you are responsible for: Daily operations of the facilities Ensuring comfort, quality, and order Development and improvement of the facilities Customer care and member experience at world-class level As group training manager, you are responsible for: Developing our group training offerings Scheduling and administration of daily operations Recruiting instructors Leading, coaching, and developing the group training staff Work hours: Work is normally scheduled Monday through Friday, but weekend work may occur when needed. The position includes 1–2 evening shifts per week, where group training sessions may also occur in connection with these shifts. There are good opportunities to influence and customize your working hours, which provides flexibility in the role.
