The Assignment Many clients have complex problems with various diagnoses, mental health issues, and active harmful substance use and addiction, and are unable to meet the requirements needed to move forward in the process. About the Role As a Group Leader, you are responsible for maintenance work in the factory. This means supporting the production organization. You will have operational leadership with a focus on ensuring that our production lines function optimally through well-maintained machinery. You participate in daily morning meetings where current issues, deviations, and improvement areas are discussed. Annagården Annagården has thirty rooms for short-term care, respite care, and relief services. The facility is centrally located with easy access to public transportation, the harbor, city center, library, church, and the city park.
