Annagården Annagården has thirty rooms for short-term care, respite care, and relief services. The facility is centrally located with easy access to public transportation, the harbor, city center, library, church, and the city park. It serves individuals with temporary health challenges, those needing rehabilitation after hospitalization, those awaiting assessments for future care or support services, or those requiring end-of-life care. Our goal is to provide professional care and support with the individual's needs at the center. We are seeking an engaged and confident team member for a 6-month temporary night shift position within our short-term and respite care services at Annagården. At Annagården, we work with an activating approach and everyday rehabilitation. Short-term and respite care means our clients stay with us for limited periods. This requires flexibility, attentiveness, and the ability to quickly establish good rapport and a safe relationship. Your Work Tasks The assignment involves night shift work. The position is a full-time 6-month temporary role.
