The school is characterized by collaboration, development mindset and shared responsibility for the student's entire school day. 1 position(s). DUTIES As a special education teacher at Starbäcksskolan you are a central part of the school's preventive and promoting student health work. You are part of the school's student health team and work closely with teachers and work teams to early identify and meet student needs. Your assignment includes, among other things: · conduct and follow up on pedagogical assessments · plan and conduct instruction individually and in small groups · support and guide teachers in working with additional adjustments and special support · contribute to school development work from a special education perspective The work is characterized by collaboration, clear structures and a strong focus on students. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who: · has teacher certification with qualification for primary school's earlier years · is trained as a special education teacher, or is currently in training · has good ability to analyze student needs and translate this into pedagogical measures · is communicative, responsive and has an easy time collaborating · meets students with high expectations and a clear belief that everyone can develop You are a confident and clear educator who adapts instruction based on each student's circumstances. You see school development and collegial learning as a natural part of the assignment and place great emphasis on building good relationships with both students and colleagues. Employment form: Permanent employment. Duration: Ongoing, start date: by agreement, selection and interviews take place continuously and the position may be filled during the recruitment period. The position is a vacation substitute position Before employment can begin, an extract from the police's burden and suspicion register (no older than 6 months) is required.
