Inside Sales Representative for Existing Customers About the Role Do you have at least one year of experience in outbound sales and enjoy building strong customer relationships? This could be the right role for you. We're looking for an inside sales representative who wants to work with existing customers and develop further in sales. Here you'll have the opportunity to work with customers who already have a relationship with the company, where the focus is on understanding the customer's needs, following up, and finding the right solutions. What Does the Job Involve? As an inside sales representative, you primarily work with existing customers over the phone. You maintain regular contact with customers, follow up on previous conversations, and identify opportunities for upselling and new business. Sales happen in a natural and relationship-building manner, where you start from the customer's needs and present relevant products and services. You work systematically toward set targets and become an important part of an engaged team where customer relationships, sales, and results are in focus. This role suits you if you enjoy phone sales but appreciate working with existing customers where there's already an established relationship.
