To ensure our operations run safely, efficiently, and sustainably, we're now looking for a dedicated facilities technician at our brewery in Grängesberg. With us, you'll have a broad and independent role working with the operation, maintenance, and development of facilities, technical installations, and security systems. You'll be a key person in a small team with significant responsibility and close collaboration with colleagues, contractors, and internal customers. About the Role As a facilities technician, you're responsible for ensuring our buildings, installations, and technical systems function optimally. The work is varied and includes both planned maintenance, improvement work, and urgent interventions when operations require it. You will, among other things: • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance • Work with operation and supervision of buildings, grounds, and technical installations • Conduct inspections of electrical, ventilation, and security systems • Participate in systematic fire protection work • Perform functional tests and safety inspections according to plan • Coordinate and follow up on contractors' work • Contribute to improvement and development projects • Help create a safe, pleasant, and well-functioning work environment Working hours are scheduled for daytime, Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-4:00 PM. On-call duty may occur. About You We're looking for someone who enjoys practical and varied work where personal responsibility is a natural part of everyday life. You're solution-oriented, structured, and have a clear safety mindset. You collaborate easily and are comfortable interacting with both contractors and colleagues. When unexpected situations arise, you stay calm, prioritize correctly, and find solutions that move work forward. Requirements • Secondary education, preferably with a technical focus • Experience with operation, maintenance, or other technical work • Good digital skills and experience working with mobile systems • Strong knowledge of Office 365 • Strong Swedish and English language skills • B-category driver's license • Ability to work at heights and from mobile platforms Meritorious • Experience in industrial facilities management or process industry • Knowledge of electrical and ventilation systems • Experience with security systems and fire protection work • Certification or documented experience working with high-voltage installations • Experience with control and monitoring systems • Knowledge of German What We Offer We offer you a varied and developmental role with significant personal responsibility where you have the opportunity to influence and improve our facilities and technical installations.
