We are currently seeking a physiotherapist for primary care in Motala/Mjölby. Our Offer Rehab väst is part of Närsjukvården in western Östergötland within Region Östergötland. The operations offer rehabilitation in primary care and specialist care. Rehabilitation is conducted mainly at Lasarettet in Motala and in Mjölby but also at the health center in Ödeshög. The TFCO (Treatment Foster Care Oregon) method is theoretically grounded in social learning theory and is the result of many years of research on how we can best help children and families who have gotten off track. Business Controller - Project Focus Would you like to work closely with operations, contribute to profitable business projects, and eventually take on overall financial responsibility? We are now seeking a driven and analytical Business Controller with a project focus who wants to be a key player in our continued development and has the ambition to grow into the role of our next CFO. About the Role and Your Challenge As a Business Controller with project focus, you will work closely with project managers, management, and sales to ensure strong financial control throughout the entire project lifecycle—from estimation to completion. Because we sell customized machines and systems at fixed prices, each project is unique. You are expected to dig deep into projects, challenge schedules and forecasts, and act proactively to secure profitability. You combine financial analysis with an operational approach and report directly to our CFO. Key Responsibilities Project and Cost Control: Responsible for financial tracking, analysis, and forecasting of our project portfolio. Active Business Support: Support project managers and sales with estimates, risk analyses, and financial prioritization. Systems & Processes: System responsibility for the business system Monitor. You drive the development of our internal procedures, digital reporting, and future sustainability support. Business Scope: Support our business areas AP Develop and Aftermarket with follow-up and process development. Your Qualifications: • Academic degree in economics/finance and a solid foundation in accounting. • Several years of experience as a Business Controller, with a focus on project accounting or project management. • Very good analytical skills and a structured, pedagogical approach to work. • Confident in making decisions, have initiative, and enjoy challenging constructively. • Fluent in Swedish and English, as the role involves collaboration with international customers. Meritorious: • Experience with Successive Profit Recognition (SVA) and the Monitor business system. • Experience from industry, manufacturing, or other project-intensive operations. Production Manager

Production Manager CMS Skövde CEJN is in an expansive period and we are now seeking a curious, engaged, and confident leader who wants to help lead and develop our turning production unit in Skövde. Here you will have broad operational responsibility and the opportunity to influence both daily production and the long-term development of CEJN's manufacturing. CEJN Manufacturing Skövde (CMS) is a technologically advanced production unit within CEJN AB with primary focus on turning and finishing. The operation includes approximately 40 lathes and around 15 finishing equipment. CMS employs approximately 100 employees, of which 13 are salaried staff. Responsibilities: As Production Manager, you have overall responsibility for the daily operations and strategic development of CMS Skövde. You lead the operation toward set goals and create conditions together with the organization for safety, quality, stable deliveries, and high productivity. An important part of the assignment is to lead and develop people and the organization. Together with your management team, responsible for engineering, quality, planning, and production, you actively work to develop operations, working methods, and employees. You create engagement and involvement while clearly driving the operation forward. As Production Manager, you are also responsible for safety and work environment within CMS, prototype development of turned components, and for CEJN's measurement laboratory and development within measurement technology. You are responsible for implementing new products and processes and ensuring that the operation has the right conditions to meet both current and future demands. You and your team work long-term to develop CMS and collaborate closely with our production unit in Osby, product development, and assembly organization. You also actively contribute to the strategic development of CEJN's Manufacturing and are an important part of developing our shared production strategies and working methods. The role includes personnel responsibility and you lead operations through your managers and key functions. Profile: We are looking for a confident and clear leader with a genuine interest in leading and developing people. As a person, you are analytical and structured while being action-oriented and capable of making decisions. You have a good understanding of production and industrial processes. Knowledge and experience in turning, milling, or other cutting operations is an asset. Qualifications: We are looking for someone with experience leading operations in production or related technical activities. You have a good understanding of the demands placed on safety, work environment, quality, delivery, and productivity in a manufacturing organization. Experience as responsible for, for example, a production operation, production workshop, engineering or quality organization is an asset. Experience leading through other leaders is also valuable in the role. You have excellent ability to express yourself correctly and clearly and master Swedish and English well, both spoken and written.
