Coordinator for the TFCO-Child Treatment Method in Gothenburg

We are looking for an engaged, curious, and driven coordinator for our TFCO-C team in Gothenburg! The TFCO (Treatment Foster Care Oregon) method is theoretically grounded in social learning theory and is the result of many years of research on how we can best help children and families who have gotten off track. TFCO-C is a treatment program that combines foster care with intensive community-based services. The goal is to help the child practice positive interactions and behaviors in multiple contexts: in the treatment foster family, with their parents, at school, in leisure activities, and with relatives and their network. The aim is for the child (7–11 years old) to be reunified with their biological family or to achieve a secure life in a foster family. Humana has successfully worked with this method for over 25 years, a method that is continuously being developed. As a coordinator, you will: Manage the team and drive the psychosocial treatment work for the children and their families. Direct and coordinate treatment interventions. Supervise treatment foster families in their interventions, both in groups and through ongoing telephone contact. Support treatment providers (family and child therapists as well as skills trainers) in their professional development and in daily work. Collaborate and coordinate interventions with external partners such as schools, police, child and youth psychiatric services, and social workers. Working hours are primarily during daytime, though evening work may occur. On-call availability via telephone according to schedule is included in the position. The position is a permanent appointment at 100%, with a standard probationary period. Requirements: Degree in social work or equivalent education. Several years of experience in treatment work. B-category driver's license Merits: Leadership experience: You have an unpretentious leadership style but can make decisions and prioritize correctly under pressure. Step 1 training with focus on CBT or family therapy. Work experience/education in CBT, systems theory, MST, FFT, network work, and foster care.
