Smålandsstenar operates a service workshop for Scania. Svenstigs Lastbilar has approximately 40 employees. YOUR ROLE: As a service advisor at Svenstigs, you play a central role in the customer's service experience. You are responsible for guiding the customer through the entire process, from booking and check-in to consultation, follow-up, and delivery. The role involves ensuring that every customer interaction is characterized by professionalism, clarity, and high service quality. You become an important link between customer, technicians, parts, warranties, and sales. By creating structure, communicating the right information, and coordinating the workflow, you contribute to an efficient workshop and a smooth customer journey. Here you step into a role where organization, communication, and business acumen are crucial – and where your ability to build trust makes a real difference for both customers and colleagues. YOU WILL: Be responsible for the customer's contact with the workshop throughout the service process. This means receiving bookings, conducting check-ins, providing consultation, following up on work, and ensuring professional delivery to the customer. In this role, you work closely with the workshop's technicians and other functions to create a smooth and efficient workflow. You ensure that the right information is in the right place, that internal procedures are followed, and that the customer receives clear feedback throughout the process. The work is both service-oriented and administrative, where digital tools, structure, and attention to detail are important parts of your daily routine. At the same time, the role requires a business perspective, where you see opportunities to provide the customer with the right advice and build a long-term relationship. YOU ARE: A person who thrives in a role with extensive customer contact and who has a natural ability to build trust. You are social, engaged, and professional in your manner, whether the dialogue takes place in person, over the phone, or via email. Structure, organization, and responsibility are natural parts of your working style. You have good administrative skills, are comfortable with digital tools, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without losing focus on the customer. Experience from the automotive industry is a merit, as is experience with or interest in cars and practical service work. At the same time, your personal qualities weigh heavily.
