As a Service Manager Electrical, you will have a central position where you can combine your technical expertise with leadership, customer relations, and business development. Your new day-to-day As a Service Manager Electrical, you will have broad responsibilities and a daily routine where you are both close to operations and looking ahead. You will, among other things: Plan, lead, and follow up on service assignments and smaller projects Lead, coach, and develop electricians and service technicians Take responsibility for resource planning and staffing Ensure quality, work environment, and safe execution Follow up on finances, budgets, and profitability Develop existing customer relationships and create new business opportunities Work with quotes and sales of service assignments Coordinate work with project managers, customers, and suppliers Develop routines, processes, and working methods Identify new opportunities to develop our service business You will simply be one of the key people in our continued growth.
