We currently have around 40 employees and are growing within electrical installation, solar energy, energy storage, cooling and heat pump technology, and smart building technology. Now we want to develop our service business further. That's where you come in. As a Service Manager Electrical, you will have a central position where you can combine your technical expertise with leadership, customer relations, and business development. You won't just manage an existing organization. You'll help build it. We have short decision-making paths, close access to management, and a culture where good ideas actually become reality. Your new day-to-day As a Service Manager Electrical, you will have broad responsibilities and a daily routine where you are both close to operations and looking ahead. You will, among other things: Plan, lead, and follow up on service assignments and smaller projects Lead, coach, and develop electricians and service technicians Take responsibility for resource planning and staffing Ensure quality, work environment, and safe execution Follow up on finances, budgets, and profitability Develop existing customer relationships and create new business opportunities Work with quotes and sales of service assignments Coordinate work with project managers, customers, and suppliers Develop routines, processes, and working methods Identify new opportunities to develop our service business You will simply be one of the key people in our continued growth. Regardless, we believe you are a person who: Enjoys leading and developing people Has good technical understanding of electrical installation and service Is structured and solution-oriented Has a natural business drive Enjoys customer contact and building long-term relationships Sees opportunities rather than problems Takes responsibility and dares to make decisions Is motivated by developing both people and the business We would like to see that you have: Experience in a supervisory or service management role within electrical Experience with planning, finances, and follow-up Good administrative skills and computer proficiency Class B driver's license Good Swedish and English in speech and writing Experience in project management, contract law, or business development is advantageous.
