The operation also includes a short-term residence with 12 places. The different units work closely together, which creates good conditions for both safe and quality care as well as a positive and supportive work environment. We have staff around the clock. A nurse is on site during weekday daytime, and at other times, the municipality's nurses are available. Our work is based on Individual Needs at the Center (IBIC), where participation, self-determination, and individual needs form the foundation for the services we offer.
