We are looking for a female assistant for a temporary position with our client, a 17-year-old cheerful and lively girl with Cerebral Palsy. In her free time, she enjoys going out for coffee, swimming, and taking various trips. She has significant mobility difficulties and therefore needs several assistive devices such as ceiling lifts, standing aids, specially adapted chairs, and various communication aids. As an assistant, you will receive thorough on-the-job training to learn how to use these devices. As an assistant, you will support her in the activities she enjoys doing, both at home and outside the home. You will also accompany her on outings and visits to, for example, rehabilitation centers, orthotic centers, and assistive device centers. It is important that you are a positive, reliable, calm person who is solution-focused and driven.
