SiS youth facility Folåsa receives school-age girls with psychosocial problems as well as criminal behavior and substance abuse. Job Description SiS is undergoing extensive transformation where operations are being developed on multiple fronts simultaneously. We develop and adapt our work based on new and changing needs in both society and our own operations. We know that developing and engaged managers are a crucial prerequisite for meeting today's and tomorrow's challenges. Documented current experience in a management role. Driver's license category B It is advantageous if you have: Experience in a management position with operational responsibility, budget responsibility, and personnel responsibility. Since operations are often event-driven, you need to be comfortable making decisions, reprioritizing, and quickly being able to change both pace and direction. At the same time, there are high demands on you having a holistic view and being able to work in a structured and systematic way to ensure the quality of care based on the authority's goals, guidelines, values, and applicable laws. You know how to prioritize and have an easy time setting goals and following up on results. To fit the role, we see that you take responsibility for the whole and realize SiS' vision and goals. You create conditions for good results and tackle challenges and act with courage when needed. You are a good role model and show confidence in your employees' and colleagues' competence and encourage them to develop and take personal responsibility. Quality Leader at Surewood Housing
At Surewood Housing, you'll step into a rapidly growing operation where quality is a central part of our continued development. Here you'll have a key role in developing, coordinating, and anchoring our quality work throughout the organization – from project development to after-sales. The role suits you if you thrive in the intersection between structure and development. You're not someone who "has all the answers," but someone who gets things done by creating clarity, engagement, and shared ways of working. You'll become an important driver in developing a more unified, learning-focused, and data-driven approach to quality. Does this sound interesting? Apply for the role of Quality Leader at Surewood Housing. About the position As Quality Leader, you have a central role in developing, coordinating, and strengthening the organization's quality work. You drive improvement initiatives and ensure compliance through close collaboration with project development, production, construction sites, after-sales, and our central management processes. By building trust and creating understanding for quality work throughout the organization, you contribute to further developing our quality culture. Examples of responsibility areas: • Coordinate, administer, and further develop the organization's quality and management systems. • Support process owners in building, updating, and ensuring compliance with procedures, working methods, and governing documents. • Follow up on deviations, conduct investigations, and drive root cause analyses. • Analyze key metrics and quality costs and report results and improvement suggestions to the organization. • Plan, conduct, and follow up on internal and external audits. • Train and support the organization in implementing processes, working methods, and quality requirements. • Contribute to experience sharing and learning across different parts of the organization. You have the ability to build trust and create engagement, even when you challenge existing ways of working. You're curious and unpretentious, and you thrive in a role where you need to understand the big picture rather than optimize a single part. You're good at spotting patterns, drawing conclusions from data, and turning insights into concrete improvements. We believe you thrive in environments where you're a driving force for change, rather than an administrative manager of processes.
