Your role with us As a facilities cleaner, you will independently be responsible for daily cleaning, deep cleaning, and special cleaning according to the municipality's cleaning instructions. You will perform the work during daytime, 06:00-14:30. You will work in preschools, schools, and other operations in the municipality to cover for regular staff absences. You may work alone or as part of a work team depending on how the operation is structured. You have close contact with the area coordinator regarding facilities maintenance, procurement, and more. You also have daily contact with students, customers, staff, and others who are in the facilities you clean. The work can sometimes be physically demanding. We use Time Care Pool as the booking system for your work shifts. You will be employed by us in the staffing unit, where you will be booked at different workplaces within preschool, school, and other operations in the municipality to cover for regular staff absences. Who are we looking for? We are looking for you who have a completed high school diploma. It is a merit if you have facilities management training such as SRY or PRYL or equivalent. Previous work as a facilities cleaner is a merit, as is knowledge of cleaning equipment and cleaning products used in facilities management. Experience with cleaning machines and/or cleaning robots is a merit. Basic computer skills and the ability to use email and mobile phone/iPad are required in the job. You need to be able to read and understand cleaning instructions and drawings to find and organize your work. Since you will come into contact with many people in your work and it is important that we have good communication with the operations we serve, you need to be able to express yourself well in Swedish both verbally and in writing. You need to have a Category B driver's license and access to your own car to be able to get to our preschools and schools throughout the municipality. The work is largely independent and therefore requires that you take responsibility for the cleaning objects assigned to you. You need to be flexible since we cover for absences. We come into contact with many people and it is important that we have good communication with the operations we serve. You can plan your days based on instructions and previous experience; you have the ability to prioritize between your work tasks. Since the work is sometimes physically demanding, it is important that you have good physical fitness and are mobile in your body. When offered employment, you are required to provide a criminal record certificate according to applicable legislation.
