Then you might be the person we're looking for! We are now seeking a Foster Care Coordinator who wants to be part of developing our foster care work. With us, you will have an important role in creating safe and sustainable conditions for children and young people who need foster care placement. Job Responsibilities: As a Foster Care Coordinator, you will have a varied day where no two days are the same. You will, among other things: - Recruit new foster families, contact families, and contact persons - Investigate families who want to become foster families, contact families, or contact persons - Establish agreements and documents for payments - Provide support and supervision to foster families, contact families, and contact persons - Build long-term and trusting relationships - Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals - Help develop our work moving forward You will have the opportunity to meet people in different life situations, build trusting relationships, and together with foster families create the best possible conditions for the children and young people who are placed. The work is varied and requires engagement, professionalism, and the ability to see possibilities. You will become an important part of work where small and large efforts can make a big difference. We Work Together Around the Placed Children In close dialogue with the child's social worker, you contribute your expertise and perspective to create the best possible support for the child and foster family. We believe that our different roles and competencies complement each other and that together we can create security and good conditions for the child. As a Foster Care Coordinator, you become an important part of this work. You have close contact with foster families, provide support and supervision, and are present as a safe and professional partner throughout the placement. Qualifications We are looking for you who: - Have a degree in social work or equivalent education - Have experience working in foster care - Have a B driver's license (manual transmission) It is advantageous if you: - Have training in "A Home to Grow In" - Have good knowledge of LifeCare - Have supervisor training Your Workplace With us, we work across boundaries and together.
