Kry Corporate Health is now starting in Uppsala/Sigtuna and is looking for you - a physiotherapist and ergonomist. We will be located in fresh offices in Kungsängen, Uppsala. We serve Sigtuna from both Uppsala, Stockholm, and Järvastaden.

We are located in many places throughout Sweden and collaborate nationally in our Corporate Health initiative. The position may provide opportunities to travel and work with colleagues in other locations, with a base placement in Uppsala.

About the role
You have a central role in the customary tasks at the clinic where you have the opportunity to meet many different individuals. You have the opportunity to work both physically and partly remotely. We place great emphasis on working closely with the customer's employee and their employer, with continuity and with a focus on achieving the best possible care through collaboration between different professions.
As an ergonomist/physiotherapist with us, you become an important part of our corporate health team. You work both preventatively and rehabilitatively with a focus on health, work environment, and a sustainable working life.
Your work tasks will include:
- Conducting ergonomic assessments and workplace analyses
- Providing advice on posture, workload, and assistive devices
- Supporting employees with load-related complaints
- Working with rehabilitation and preventive measures
- Holding training sessions and lectures on ergonomics and health
- Collaborating with managers, occupational health nurses, and other professionals on work environment issues
Qualifications & characteristics
- Licensed physiotherapist.
- Experience as a physiotherapist in Swedish healthcare.
- Experience as a physiotherapist in Swedish corporate health is advantageous.
- Have experience with or interest in ergonomics and corporate health
- Have ergonomics training (advantageous)
- Are comfortable in interactions with people and find it easy to build trust
- Are independent, structured, and solution-oriented
- Have good communication skills
- Hold a B-class driver's license (advantageous)
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Additional language skills are advantageous.
- Good familiarity with various IT solutions and systems.
- You work evidence-based, are professional in your interactions, and prioritize putting the individual first.
- You have good collaboration skills and are responsive to both colleagues and our customers and their employees.

Start: By agreement. Latest October 1, 2026
Scope: Full-time.
Employment: Permanent employment (with an initial trial period of 6 months).
Working hours: Weekdays, daytime.
