DUTIES In the role of process leader, you will lead and coordinate the work of initiating implementation of the FACT model, in close collaboration with both the municipality and the region. You will be employed by Region Skåne, Adult Psychiatry, but have a collaboration assignment that means you also represent the six municipalities in northeastern Skåne. Your duties include taking a driving and supportive role in exploring and, upon decision, beginning implementation of integrated approaches through FACT. The assignment involves creating conditions for joint decisions in a balanced and transparent manner and leading the process forward. You also plan for and/or participate in training and provide information about FACT in the sub-region. The target group for FACT work includes both children and adults. You will work closely with process leaders with corresponding roles for development work in southeastern Skåne and with regional coordinators for comorbidity and mental health and suicide prevention. There is also a network of FACT process leaders in Region Skåne where knowledge exchange and methodology development are offered. The position is an initial project employment of approximately 1 year, with the possibility of extension.
