Coordinator for Forensic Psychiatry in Kristinehamn

Would you like a key role in an important operation where you can combine structure, coordination, and collaboration? We are now seeking a coordinator for forensic psychiatry, a varied role where you contribute to smooth daily operations and make a difference for both colleagues and patients. Your Workplace Forensic psychiatry cares for patients who have committed crimes while suffering from serious mental illness and who have been placed in forensic psychiatric care following court proceedings. The focus of forensic psychiatric care consists of rehabilitation, habilitation, and good psychiatric nursing care. Forensic psychiatry consists of a total of four departments, three located in Kristinehamn and one in Karlstad. Care unit 80 has 10 inpatient beds in security class 2, care unit 81 has 14 inpatient beds in security class 3, care unit 82 has 8 inpatient beds in security class 3, and care unit 45 has 10 inpatient beds in security class 3. We are now seeking a coordinator who, together with our current coordinator, will work across the operation on behalf of the department heads to ensure daily staffing and provide administrative support to the heads.
