We are now seeking staff for our team in Oxelösund to work as a Nursing Assistant on day shift. Here you'll have meaningful work where you make a difference, every day.
Employment Terms and Conditions
Shift: Daytime Monday to Friday & every other weekend
Employment level: 63%
Working hours: 07:00 - 15:30
Employment type: Permanent position with an initial 6-month probationary period
Start date: By agreement
Workplace: You will be based at our office in Oxelösund and work within Oxelösund municipality.
Work Tasks – What Will You Do?
With us, you work in customers' homes with varying services based on individual needs:
Personal care – assistance with hygiene, dressing, undressing, and mobility
Social support & conversation – create security through presence and good interactions
Support in daily living – help with meals and simple household tasks
Supervision & safety – notice needs and contribute to safe care
Documentation – document according to care plans
Medication delegation – administering medication as prescribed, documentation and follow-up according to current procedures
Safety alarm response – quickly respond to urgent needs from customers who have triggered alarms. We work on behalf of Oxelösund municipality and are responsible for both regular home care tasks and handling safety alarms between 06:45 - 22:00. This means varied assignments with both planned and more urgent interventions.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone who is committed and wants to contribute to safe and professional home care:
Nursing Assistant training (Highly desirable) – you have completed accredited training, preferably with experience
Good Swedish in speech and writing – you can communicate clearly and document correctly
Class B driver's license (Required) – you are a confident and experienced driver
Comfortable cycling (Required) – you feel comfortable traveling between customers by bicycle
Responsible, flexible, and solution-oriented – you take initiative, work independently, and stay calm in different situations while collaborating well with colleagues and meeting people with empathy, respect, and understanding
Digitally skilled – you use mobile devices in your daily work
Medication delegation experience – experience with medication delegation and familiarity with medication handling according to procedures
