She is an outgoing and cheerful person who loves to laugh, enjoys humor, music, dance, and various activities such as going to cafés, swimming, or spending time in nature. There is both a dog and a cat at home, so applicants should not have pet allergies. Sometimes you will accompany her home to spend time with her family—for example, attending her teenage siblings' sports activities. We are looking for someone who is confident, independent, and takes initiative easily. You are attentive, observant, and have a good ability to read situations. It is important that you help the young woman maintain and develop her physical and mental abilities. The woman has a congenital neurological condition, which means that functions such as language, memory, and motor skills gradually decline. As an assistant, you need to be observant of changes in symptoms and behavior. Currently, no medication delegation is required, but this may become necessary in the future. Working hours and qualifications: The position involves work on a rotating schedule with day and night shifts (overnight awake shifts). It is preferred that the entire work shift is smoke-free. The position is with a man in his 60s who has MS and uses a wheelchair. Your responsibilities will be to assist with everything that comes up in daily life. The work includes helping with basic everyday needs and occasionally accompanying the client to various activities/family gatherings. His main interests are hockey, football, and harness racing, but also films/series. If you share any interests with him, that's a positive, but absolutely not a requirement. You don't need any prior experience to work for him as he provides on-site supervision and has a team of good assistants available. Schedules/shifts are always between 6:45-14:15, 13:45-21:15, and nights 20:45-07:15 on both weekdays and weekends.
