I'm a cheerful and driven man who, after a spinal cord injury, lives an active and fulfilling life in the countryside just outside Västerås with my family. I'm now looking for a new team member who wants to be part of our fantastic group. My days involve everything from morning and evening routines, exercise and personal hygiene to cooking, work and simply enjoying life. Sometimes it's fast-paced and energetic, sometimes calm and peaceful. I love music, film, board games and video games, and I enjoy spending time on the lake. Mental health and wellbeing are close to my heart. Who are you? You are a calm, positive and independent person with good people skills. You have a natural ability to sense when and how your support is needed, and you're comfortable both taking responsibility and collaborating. Personal chemistry, trust and flexibility are most important to us – not formal qualifications. You are attentive, respectful and understand the importance of me being in control of my own life. You are a non-smoker, have a driver's license and access to a car (we live in the countryside). Most importantly, you want to help create a safe and comfortable everyday life where we can both laugh and tackle tasks together. What we offer you: 100% position with a highly appreciated work schedule: Work shifts: Every 4th day from 21:00 - 21:00 Rotating schedule: 1 day of work (with sleeping on-call) / 3 days off Opportunity for long-term collaboration – we want you to thrive and stay A small, tight-knit team where everyone helps each other Starting salary approximately 30,400 kr/month (including 12% holiday allowance) at 100% Wellness allowance 2,500 kr/year upon full year earned The position is available by agreement.
