You analyze, plan, and follow up operations with clear business focus, while coaching and developing your store managers in their leadership. The role also includes ensuring that laws, agreements, and internal guidelines are followed, driving development of work methods and processes, and being an active and present leader who creates engagement and clear direction. You are one of three regional managers reporting to the Operations Manager. A Key Role in Our Continued DevelopmentAs regional manager, you are more than a manager – you are a culture bearer and role model. You set the tone for how we lead, collaborate, and create results together. Through your leadership approach, you contribute to a climate where clarity is combined with responsiveness, where structure and follow-up go hand in hand with engagement, and where people development is seen as a prerequisite for business success. Who Are You?We are looking for someone who is confident, driven, and business-oriented with the ability to achieve results through others. You have several years of experience in management and leadership within retail or grocery trade, including people and profit responsibility, and are accustomed to analyzing operations and translating insights into concrete actions. As a person, you are organized, have strong prioritization skills, and communicate in a clear and trust-building manner. You are present and coaching in your leadership, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have the courage to make decisions and drive change. At the same time, you have the ability to see the bigger picture and take responsibility for long-term results, without losing sight of the day-to-day operational perspective. RequirementsYou have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing as well as a valid driver's license. Previous experience as a regional manager or similar role is a merit. Why Choose Coop SoutheastAt us, you get more than a job – you get the opportunity to make an impact. Occupational Therapist for the Palliative Care Unit and AH Team, Community Care East
Do you want a job with a strong patient focus and work from a holistic perspective on people? We warmly welcome your application! About the workplace The Palliative Unit is part of the Community Care East clinic and consists of a palliative care ward, AH-team (advanced home care), the Palliative Advisory Team which provides support to activities within general palliative care, and the newly started palliative outpatient clinic. The clinic provides community care in a small-scale format by meeting residents' needs for basic internal medicine specialist care, specialized palliative care, advanced home care (AH), qualified rehabilitation services, and community care teams (NVT). Job responsibilities As an occupational therapist with us, you are welcomed to a pleasant workplace and a team looking forward to having you as a colleague. The work is based on the four cornerstones of palliative care – symptom control, teamwork, communication/relationships, and support for family members – to alleviate physical, psychological, social, and existential suffering. This includes, among other things, a strong focus on mutual human relationships, primarily with the patient but also with their loved ones. You and the team around the patient contribute to individually adapted care and consider the whole person when providing symptom relief. The work is stimulating and varied as it is carried out both on the care ward and as scheduled home visits. As an occupational therapist, you perform assessments, trial and prescribe assistive devices with a focus on facilitating daily activities, maintaining participation, and creating a sense of security. As the organization is transitioning to community-based and person-centered care, participation in development work is also important. Qualifications We are looking for you who are a licensed occupational therapist, preferably with professional experience. If you have previously worked with palliative care, this is a merit. If you have an interest in business development and digitalization, this is something we value. Since the work includes, among other things, scheduled home visits to patients, we therefore see that you have a driver's license (category B). As a person, you are empathetic, confident, and have the ability to make independent decisions in your work. We see that you take responsibility for your tasks by organizing and driving your work forward. You are flexible and can quickly change your approach to adapt to new circumstances when the situation requires it. You communicate clearly while being attentive to the different needs of patients and their loved ones. Because you will be working in a team, we see that you have good collaboration skills, where you relate to others in a responsive and smooth manner. This is a job for you who thrives in collaboration with others and who wants meaningful work close to patients and their loved ones. We place great importance on personal suitability.
