Focus on mathematics and language development. Teaching will take place in small groups or with individual students. This is a permanent position at 50-75% with start date Fall 2026. A probationary period applies for the first 6 months. Who Are You? You have a Swedish teacher's degree with special education qualification and Swedish teacher's license for grades 4-9; qualifications in mathematics are meritorious. You have clear pedagogical insight and the ability to implement curriculum goals in your work. You have clear leadership and stand strong in your student groups. You are flexible, structured, and well-prepared. You are a present and collaborative educator who challenges and stimulates students to develop. A strong belief in collaboration as a success factor for pedagogical development is a given for you. You have direct and humble communication with guardians and create trusting relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You are experienced in documentation and writing intervention plans. You have knowledge of NPF (Positive Behavior Support) and explicit teaching pedagogy. You are experienced in working with positive behavior support and low-arousal approaches. You should be positive and cooperative and ready to join an international team. In your role, you teach in Swedish and/or English, while English is used frequently in staff communication. This means you need to be fluent in both languages, both spoken and written.
