Your AssignmentAs regional manager, you have overall responsibility for your region achieving its targets, both operatively and strategically. You work closely with your store managers and create the right conditions for each store to perform at its peak – in sales and profitability as well as customer experience, operations, quality, and employee engagement. You analyze, plan, and follow up operations with clear business focus, while coaching and developing your store managers in their leadership. The role also includes ensuring that laws, agreements, and internal guidelines are followed, driving development of work methods and processes, and being an active and present leader who creates engagement and clear direction. You are one of three regional managers reporting to the Operations Manager. Who Are You?We are looking for someone who is confident, driven, and business-oriented with the ability to achieve results through others. You have several years of experience in management and leadership within retail or grocery trade, including people and profit responsibility, and are accustomed to analyzing operations and translating insights into concrete actions. As a person, you are organized, have strong prioritization skills, and communicate in a clear and trust-building manner. You are present and coaching in your leadership, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have the courage to make decisions and drive change. At the same time, you have the ability to see the bigger picture and take responsibility for long-term results, without losing sight of the day-to-day operational perspective. RequirementsYou have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing as well as a valid driver's license. Previous experience as a regional manager or similar role is a merit.
