About the Role As IT and Security Manager, you have overall responsibility for the company's IT environment, information security, and security protection work. You work closely with management and become a key person in ensuring that the organization has the right structure, systems, and working methods to meet both today's and tomorrow's demands. The role is broad and combines technical responsibility with governance, development, and internal coordination. You are not responsible for day-to-day IT support but work closely with external IT partners and ensure that their delivery maintains the right level. You operate in a business where parts of the operations are connected to the defense sector, which means high requirements for information security, security protection, and structured working methods. Examples of Areas of Responsibility IT & Digital Development Overall responsibility for the company's IT environment, technical infrastructure, and IT-related processes Drive development and improvement of IT structure, systems, and working methods Ensure stable operations together with external IT providers Responsible for supplier management, follow-up, and requirement setting Manage risk analyses, documentation, continuity planning, and incident management Identify improvement areas within digitalization, IT security, and efficiency Information Security & Security Protection Drive and develop the company's work within information security and security protection Ensure compliance with internal policies, security routines, and relevant regulations Work with access control, classified information, and protection of sensitive assets Plan and implement security and information management training initiatives Participate in and support internal and external audits and inspections Contribute to proactive and structured security work throughout the organization We are Looking for You With Post-secondary education in IT, information security, or equivalent experience Several years of experience in a broad IT role with responsibility for operations, infrastructure, and security Experience in information security, IT security, or security protection work Experience in supplier management and working with external IT partners Good understanding of risk management, governance, and documentation Experience working with management systems, for example ISO 27001 Very good knowledge of Swedish and English It is highly meritorious if you have experience working in security-sensitive operations, defense-related environments, or good understanding of security protection legislation.
