Do you want to contribute to a secure, lawful, and sustainable social services? With us, you'll have a special assignment to support and coordinate work on data protection and information security within authority operations, disability care, and individual and family services. You'll become an important function in creating clear, secure, and practical working methods that make a difference for both the operations, employees, and the people we serve. Now we're looking for a business development manager with a special focus on data protection and information security. The role is perfect for you if you want to work close to the operations and make complex requirements understandable and usable in everyday work. You'll provide support to managers, employees, and support functions on matters relating to secure and lawful information management. You'll be part of the management team within the support and care administration. Here we work on issues that span multiple parts of the administration, such as digitalization, communication, facilities management, preparedness, and investigation. Our mission is to provide the operations with comprehensive support and help make it easier to do the right thing. About the Assignment In this role, you'll work both strategically and practically. You'll help the operations interpret and implement legal requirements, security requirements, and governing principles into working methods that function. This could involve personal data incidents, information classifications, risk and impact assessments, or other analyses and documentation. An important part of the role is to hold the work together, create structure, and contribute to solutions that work in a complex organization. Key Responsibilities - Plan, coordinate, and monitor the administration's work on data protection and information security - Support operations, managers, and support functions in translating requirements into working methods that function in practice - Develop routines, processes, and working methods together with relevant operations - Provide support in assessments, prioritizations, and decisions relating to data protection and information security - Work with information classifications, risk and impact assessments according to GDPR, and personal data incidents - Contribute guidance, training, and anchoring to strengthen knowledge and confidence in the organization - Collaborate with operations, support functions, and cross-municipal functions, and monitor developments in the field About You We're looking for someone with experience driving and developing qualified assignments in a larger organization. You have an academic degree in, for example, law, IT, systems science, or another relevant field. You find it easy to understand both regulations and the organization's needs, and are confident in switching between analysis, support, and implementation. Experience in data protection and information security is a requirement, as are strong skills in Swedish, both spoken and written. You work independently and make things happen, but do so in a way that creates buy-in and good collaborations. You can structure complex issues, make well-considered assessments, and explain what data protection and information security requirements mean in practice. It's a merit if you have worked in public operations or in another organization with regulated and complex governance, as well as if you have knowledge of social services' mandate and conditions.
