Activity Description Home Care consists of seven units: Norra, Södra, Nära, Östra, Support Unit, Night Unit, and Resource Unit. Work Responsibilities In your role as a home care assistant with planning responsibility, you will be responsible for planning approved services for users in ordinary housing. You will ensure and coordinate daily planning for the team and ensure that the user's needs and wishes are met in a cost-effective manner. You will support the activity in long-term service planning, ensure follow-up, improve co-planning, and be able to manage different tasks in parallel.
