The operation is currently divided into 13 smaller work groups plus a night shift, and we work geographically based on where our customers live. Your Assignment As an employee with us, you work closely with our customers in their homes and provide care, support, and services based on individual needs. You create security and continuity in daily life and contribute to strengthening customers' independence. The role also includes establishing and following up on implementation plans for customers you are the primary care contact for. Your Qualifications and Merits We want applicants to have a degree from a care and nursing program or other equivalent education that the employer considers relevant. We are looking for someone who has: * Relevant nursing assistant training and you must be able to provide an excerpt from the National Board of Health and Welfare regarding your protected professional title. * Good empathetic ability and ability to listen to and understand customers' needs * Structure, integrity, personal maturity, and a positive attitude toward collaboration * A service-oriented, responsible, and proactive work approach * High flexibility and comfort working across the entire operation * Basic IT skills B-class driver's license is required It is an advantage if you have experience with systems such as IntraPhone, SignIt, LifeCare, and Multiaccess. Fagersta is a Finnish administrative area; knowledge of a minority language and minority cultures may be considered an advantage.
